Over the past three months, Solubag Vietnam has been quieter than usual on our communication channels. This wasn’t due to a lack of activity — in fact, it was the exact opposite. Behind the scenes, our team was fully dedicated to one key mission: completing the ISO 9001:2015 certification process.

For Solubag, ISO 9001:2015 is not just a certificate — it’s a commitment to international quality standards. This certification strengthens our production management system, ensures consistent quality control, and builds trust with global partners, especially in the European market.

Our 3-Month Journey

From May to August 2025, we worked closely with our ISO consultants, implementing the entire system through a mix of online collaboration and on-site improvements. This hybrid approach allowed us to accelerate the process, making it possible to meet all requirements in just three months.

Key milestones:

  • May 2025: Project kickoff, gap analysis, and ISO training for all departments.

  • June 2025: Document development, process optimization, and internal audits.

  • August 8, 2025: Official assessment completed — ISO 9001:2015 certification achieved.
